The Icebox Group comprises Icebox Cafe and Icebox Pantry. Founded by Robert Siegmann in 1998 as a single stylish Miami Beach brunch and dessert cafe, the group now encompasses much more. Lines of business include two full-service restaurants, two airport concessions, robust wholesale operations, strategically located regional commissary kitchens, and a fully automated smart fridge vending system. Healthy globally inspired cooking has always been at the core.
