The Icebox Group comprises Icebox Cafe and Icebox Pantry. Founded by Robert Siegmann in 1998 as a single stylish Miami Beach brunch and dessert cafe, the group now encompasses much more. Lines of business include two airport concessions, robust wholesale operations and strategically located regional commissary kitchens. Healthy globally inspired cooking has always been at the core.
